The Jurassic Coast

[ Photo Blog # 42 ]

SIDMOUTH is a small Regency seaside resort on the South Devonshire coast.  It lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, the Western stretch of which, is dominated by red rocks and is informally called the ‘Red Coast’.

  1. Lovely part of our green and pleasant land. I remember August’s Folk week as a boy, twilight, the town lit up, people everywhere and street musicians on every corner, magical !

  2. A beautiful part of the country which you have captured well in your photos Roland. We do have some excellent places in the UK.
